I really wanted to love this place, but the airconditioning was a total disaster, cycling between freezing and sweltering hot. breakfast? Absoluteley tasteless. Given the inconvenience, I expected a complimentary gesture, or at least an upgrade, but, no. How underwhelming. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

We had a lovely stay, but the noise from nearby bars kept us up at night. The rooftop pool had stunning sunset views, though!

The perfect location for Seminyak fun

Ize Seminyak is perfectly located with dining options like Sisterfields and Ku De Ta nearby. The friendly staff even provided bookmarks in our room, a lovely touch!

While the bed was comfortable, we noticed disturbing noise levels at night due to rowdy guests. the glass bathroom setup lacked privacy which may not suit everyone.

Location is unbeatable with bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are welcoming and attentive, making you feel valued during your stay.

The breakfast variety needs improvement and some food items took too long to be refilled.

I had a delightful stay with attentive staff who were always welcoming. The rooftop bar and pool were beautiful retreats with a fantastic atmosphere and stunning views. Breakfast was varied and delicious, catering to different tastes, especially the fresh juices.

Had a great time chilling at the 20m Rooftop Pool with sunset cocktails and enjoyed the quieter 30m IZE Pool. The hotel is close to vibrant nightlife and shops, making it super convenient. The room had an iPod dock, DVD player, Nespresso machine, and lovely handmade Balinese soaps.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping wasn’t great. we found stains on some pillows, which was pretty disappointing.

The room with direct pool access left a lot to be desired. the pool was cold and hardly saw sunlight. I found the air conditioning to be erratic, cycling between freezing and stuffy. The gym was cramped and poorly maintained, which made for a less-than-ideal workout experience. To top it off, the jacuzzi was gross, with dirty water and hair when the bubbles were turned on. Those charging sockets were a hassle, too—none near the bedside worked, and the adaptors provided didn't fit well. Last but not least, the communication mishap at checkout regarding my deposit was frustrating and added unnecessary stress to my departure.
